Consignor Frequently Asked Questions:
Why do I have to pay a $10.00 consignor fee? The $10.00 Consignor fee helps to cover the cost of the
online tagging system that Wee-Cycle purchases for each sale.
When will I know what items have sold? With our Online tagging system we will post sale totals at the end
of each sale day. You will be able to log on and check what items have sold.We will announce on our facebook
page each evening once this is done.
Where can I find hangers? Old Navy, JC Penny, Walmart and many outlet stores are great places to check
for free hangers (they throw away hangers daily!). Please call stores to check for availablity before heading
out to shop. You can also find hangers reasonably priced on craigslist, goodwill, target, walmart and the dollar
store. Ask your friends on facebook to save hangers for you when they shop. And don't forget that you can
pick up hangers at the end of each sale to use for the next sale.
Why must I use a tagging gun and where can I get one? Many Wee-Cycle requires the used of tagging
guns to prevent tag switching at the sale. Consignors also find tagging gun to be much easier than using safety
pins to secure tags to their clothing items. We have a limited number of tagging guns available for purchase.
They can also be easily found on eBay. Keep in mind that shipping can take several weeks if they are coming
from overseas.
When will I receive my check? Checks amounts are entered into Bill Pay within 1-3 days after the sale ends.
Checks are usually mailed out by US Bank within 3-5 business days. We will notify you when you can expect
to receive your check in the mail. Please note that we do reserve the right to take up to 30 days to finalize all
payments.
Where do my items go if I donate them? Scrapbooking and Rubber Stamp items that consignors do not
want back are donated to SCRAP. All other items are picked up by BSLC Community Clothes Closet who
distributes the items to the following charities:
PACE for teen moms in North Clackamas
Dougy Center through donations we sell
Pregnancy Resource Center
Los Ninos Cuenta Women’s Shelters (serving abused women and children)
Wichita Family Center (serves school-age children)
Wee-Cycle will happily provide a donation receipt to all Consignors who donate their unsold items.
