Fall 2012 Volunteer Registation will OPEN in May
Volunteer 5 shifts: earn one wristband to shop Thursday at 2:00 pm and 80% commission.
Volunteer 4 shifts: earn one wristband to shop Thursday at 2:30 pm and 80% commission.
Volunteer 3 shifts: earn one wristband to shop Thursday at 3:00 pm and 80% commission.
Volunteer 2 shifts: earn one wristband to shop Thursday at 3:30 pm and 75% commission.
Volunteer 1 shift : earn one wristband to shop Thursday at 4:00 pm and 70% commission.
Consignors who DO NOT volunteer shop Thursday at 4:30 pm and earn 65% commission.
ALL consignors earn ONE wristband for a guest to shop Thursday at 4:30
ALL Volunteers earn TWO passes to attend our 1/2 price pre-sale Saturday at 9:00 am.
Remember that you can have a parter, spouse, friend, mother, father, sister or brother
volunteer with you or for you to earn higher commissions and earlier shopping times!
Water will be provided for volunteers during their shift.

You don't have to be a consignor to volunteer! Sign up by clicking the Register link and select the 4-hour shift you would like to volunteer. You can also have someone else work a shift for you to earn higher commissions. We love husbands, fathers and brothers who want to help set up racks and help with tear down. We also enjoy grandmas, mothers, friends and sisters who want to volunteer. We will accept the help of children age 12 and older accompanied by their parent however you must be 18 or older to earn the higher commission/shopping pass. Anyone UNDER 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult during their volunteer shift.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to liability issues, Volunteers may NOT bring children with them during their volunteer shift. The ONLY exception is for infants under the age of 1 who are worn in baby carriers for the entire shift and children ages 12 and older who want to help a parent volunteer. If you are a nursing mom who wants to volunteer, please contact us and we will work with you to find a shift that will work with your baby's schedule.

Volunteer Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I have to be a consignor to volunteer? No. Anyone 18 or older can volunteer. If you are NOT consigning at the sale, at least ONE of your shifts must be completed prior to the presale.
Can I bring a guest to the volunteer pre-sale? No. Each Volunteer Pass admits only ONE person. The more shifts you work, the earlier you can shop. If you have a friend that wants to shop with you, they can volunteer to earn their own pass. Volunteers are welcome to give their pre-sale pass to a friend if they do not want to use it for themselves.

We are also willing to work with Volunteers to create two 6-hour volunteer shifts (instead of three 4-hour shifts, etc.) Please contact us if you would like to volunteer but don't see a shift that works for you.
