Thank you for consigning once again with Wee-Cycle. We are working hard to make each sale even better than the last one.
Remember that you MUST REGISTER for the Spring 2012 Sale by March 8th. You will have until March 11th at MIDNIGHT to enter items into the system. You will keep your consignor number, but you must register for each sale in order to participate.

Please note our NEW regulations on which Cribs and Breast Pumps we can and cannot accept.
New Collection of Consignor Fees:
Consignors will now need to pay their $10 Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable Consignor Fee online when they register. Wee-Cycle will no longer be taking the $10 Consignor Fee out of your check at the end of the sale. The process is simple using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to register and you can pay with a credit card.
As soon as we received your payment you can start entering tags. If you have any questions about this change, please contact us.
Scheduled Drop-Off Times:
In order to make drop-off run more smoothly, we are continuing to have consignors schedule their
drop-off time. Please make SURE you schedule a check-in time so we can ensure we have enough inspectors during our peak drop-off times. Just log in as a consignor and pick at time that works for you. If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please don't hesitate to contact us!
Vendor Tables. Wee-Cycle is now accepting applications for Vendor Tables. Consignors who are also a vendor can receive a discount. Click Here for application and more information.
Stay Informed by becoming a FAN of Wee-Cycle on facebook. You can keep informed, ask questions, share tips, post photos of items you are selling, and invite your friends to attend the sale.

Don't forget our incentives for consignors! You can also earn higher commissions by volunteering at the sale, plus volunteers get to shop EVEN BEFORE CONSIGNORS!
HELP spread the word about Wee-Cycle! We have flyers you can print up and post at schools, daycare centers, community clubs, coffee shops, play groups, Churches and anywhere else you can think of. The more shoppers we have, the more items you will sell!
HOW TO TRANSFER ITEMS FROM A PAST SALE:
Click on "Manage Your Inventory," "Items NOT Sold Only," and just below that, click on the sale you would like to transfer items from Example: "Weecycle/Spring/2011/(closed)" and hit "Generate Items List"
Select only those items that you want to transfer (please only include seasonal items).
Under "Item Transfers" click on the sale you wish to transfer items to Example: "Weecycle/Fall/2011" and then "Transfer Items To." This should complete the process. To test that your items have transferred, click on "all Items" (SOLD, NOT SOLD, and donated), then click on the current sale Example: "Weecycle/Fall/2011" and "Generate Items List." You can repeat the transfer process if you missed any items the first time.
Please note that your consignor number should be the same. Also, your item numbers WILL NOT be reset (For example, they will NOT read #1, #2 #3, #4...). To do so would mean that you would have to enter your existing inventory in to the system again and reprint all of your tags.
You are now ready to begin tagging your items for the sale!
